Collecting and Viewing Information

In order to provide services on our site, Hanhi may collect personal information such as:

The e-mail addresses of competition creators for receipts, submission results, and various e-mails from Hanhi for support and privacy policy changes. Hanhi will only receive those e-mails when voluntarily given when creating a competition, and may only be viewed by Hanhi.
The e-mail addresses from Google account sign-in of competitors in Hanhi competitions. Hanhi will only receive those e-mails when voluntarily signing up for a competition and logging in through a Google account. However, competition team members and (unless anonymous) anyone with the link to the team's submission can view an e-mail address of a competitor.
The information contained in a Hanhi competition. Hanhi can view the contents of the competition at any time while anyone with the link to the competition can view the contents at the specified times.
The URL or text content of a submission from a team in a competition. Anyone with the submission link, as well as Hanhi staff can access the URL or content contained within the submission. Hanhi will not access the contents of a submission unless necessary to conform to the law.
Any info collected from Google Analytics and Google Sign-In. This information includes email addresses as mentioned before, and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Payments

Hanhi uses Stripe to process payments. Hanhi passes all credit card information to Stripe and receives only information passed from Stripe.

Sharing Information

Hanhi does not share any information with any other third parties except for the information previously mentioned and with the parties previously mentioned. Hanhi will share information to confirm to the edicts of the law or to protect and defend the rights and property of Hanhi.

SSL

Hanhi secures your information from unauthorized disclosure using the Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL, protocol. While information is transmitted through other sites, it is only done so using the SSL protocol.

Hanhi aims to protect the security of its users. However, Hanhi cannot guarantee the compete security of its data transmission as there exists no completely secure method of data transmission.

Children Under Thirteen

Hanhi does not knowingly collect information from children under thirteen.

Hanhi reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Hanhi will notify you when we change the policy through a prominent message on the website and an e-mail to any e-mail addresses given to Hanhi.
